Step 2: Choose the path that suits you Have you decided to make the move into the semiconductor sector? If so, we’ll work with you to identify the path that best suits your situation. During a personal consultation, we’ll assess your interests, experience, knowledge and ambitions. We’ll then outline the steps needed to achieve your goal.
Sometimes a short training course is enough; sometimes a more comprehensive programme or a language course is needed. You’ll also gain an understanding of the time required and any costs involved. This will enable you to make an informed choice.
Step 3: Make the move into work Are you starting a retraining programme? If so, we’ll support you throughout your training, in finding a suitable job and during your initial period in the workplace. This way, we ensure you’re well prepared to start work and successfully settle into a role that suits you.
