Semicon Talent Demand Survey

The first publication available here is the factsheet ‘Semicon Talent Demand – Survey Results Q4 2025’. This survey, conducted amongst semiconductor companies in the region, shows that demand for technical talent is primarily driven by growth, that job roles are changing in substance due to digitalisation and AI, and that there is a clear call for the education sector, labour market regions and companies to work more closely and coherently together to create a future-proof ecosystem.
