Semicon Talent Demand Survey

The first publication available here is the factsheet ‘Semicon Talent Demand – Survey Results Q4 2025’. This survey, conducted amongst semiconductor companies in the region, shows that demand for technical talent is primarily driven by growth, that job roles are changing in substance due to digitalisation and AI, and that there is a clear call for the education sector, labour market regions and companies to work more closely and coherently together to create a future-proof ecosystem.

Quarterly Analysis: Semicon Job Vacancies

The semiconductor sector in the Brainport region remains in a state of constant flux. In this quarterly analysis, we outline the latest developments in the labour market. You’ll find insights into the number of vacancies, demand by educational level and the roles for which there is the greatest demand within the sector. The analysis also shows which organisations are actively recruiting and how demand is developing compared to previous quarters.
